Bret Butler
Featured on the cover of Realtor Magazine as a 2011 "30 under 30," Bret is nationally recognized as one of the top young professionals in his industry. When recently asked if he was the son of Sunny and Greg Butler, Bret Butler jokingly said, "Oh, yes, I am the hybrid of Sunny and Greg!" And, according to one of Bret's most recent clients: "He is, indeed, the hybrid model! You get the best of Greg and Sunny in one!" Bret earned a scholarship to the University of Southern California in 2000 earning a degree in Communication with an emphasis in Pre-Law in 2004. Upon graduation, he moved to Las Vegas where he began a career in wholesale finance earning the distinction of No. 1 in Production for Las Vegas, top 1% among Business Development Managers, and Platinum Producer for Sales Excellence for one of the nation's largest lending institutions. Bret married Lisa, his college sweetheart, in 2007. His desire to return to the Seattle area never wavered, so the opportunity to merge into the family business was a natural. With a strong background in sales and finance and growing up in a real estate family and a wife in real estate, his decision to be a part of Butler & Butler was a match in every way.

Lisa Butler
Lisa, wife of Bret, grew up in Bakersfield, California and her thorough resume of academic excellence and extracurricular achievements earned her a scholarship acceptance to the University of Southern California in 2001. She earned her degree in Communication and Business Administration from USC in 2005 graduating with honors and was recruited quickly after graduation to become a Manager for Pulte Homes, the nation's largest new home builder. She was a top producer for Pulte Homes for the five years. Upon relocating back to Seattle, she was recruited by D.R. Horton as a Sales Manager, where she continued to excel in the real estate arena. Her gracious demeanor, dedicated work ethic, and inherent standards for excellence make her a shining asset to the Butler family and the Butler & Butler real estate team. While growing up in Bakersfield, she learned to appreciate what it means to belong to a rural community of family and friends, and has enjoyed establishing roots on the Eastside. Her extensive training and proven track record for excellence in real estate have made this merger a win-win for the Butler family.

Janet Keller
Janet is a full time buyer's agent and a true professional. Janet has worked with the Butlers for nearly 15 years and is an Accredited Buyer's Representative. She and her husband live in Redmond and are enjoying their daughter, Jamie, who is home from college starting a new career in Public Relations.
